The Axe Basketball STRIVE program will provide opportunities for interested athletes at U12 and U14 to further advance their level of commitment and involvement in basketball. The Axe Basketball STRIVE team will compete in MBANS, so their games will be scheduled in Halifax. Athletes involved in this program will have a required level of commitment to practices and games. The STRIVE team will be made up of athletes who have signified they have interest in participating with the team through the registration process, and are successfully selected through the on-court athlete evaluation.

Age Description: Must be no older than 11 years of age as of December 31, 2023 for U12 and no older than 13 years of age as of December 31, 2023 for U14

Cost: $300 at time of registration + $150 after successful on-court evaluation selection

Includes: 60 hours of practice instruction + MBANS League Schedule, Axe Basketball reversible jersey, and Axe Basketball mesh shorts

Time: Two 1.5 hour weekday practices + 1 MBANS game on Saturday in Halifax per week

Locations: Weekday Practices @ TBD, Saturday MBANS games @ various locations in HRM
